PSA tutorial

 I had a hard time finding a tutorial I wanted to use. I want to do a collage style for my video so I found a paper cut-out tutorial. I managed to do it but not sure how to implement it all together -  as you see it is not connected to the video. I'd like to figure it out though because its a neat technique.
